Yesterday, saw a 40th outside Tulley Gate at Ft. Belvoir on the way home about 4:20 pm.
Today, saw the same Yellow Z from yesterday (I think) in the garage at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital. I'm here for the week with a small team doing a life safety code evaluation of the hospital.
