im good and yourself? shaping up as in getting closer, yes.... we had a big day yesterday in which the EEOC "chief mediator" called my union rep and told him

this is the conversation the Union Rep told me he had with the EEOC "chief Mediator" supposed to be null on both sides and clearly taking the companies side in this...... which they ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO ......

me and my mom are furious. this case NOW has gone from a possible million dollar case to WELL INTO the MILLIONS and if we do not get that. then we are going to the press and get this story into the press. i was the victim of some horrible stuff i do not want to talk about, my health was declining, im suffering from health effects BECAUSE the companies refusal to accomedate my medical needs.
and we told my rep.... " this case as gone WELL into the millons."
he responded with "This is utterly rediculous!.... Kyle was the victim and here they are still trying to give him the crap end of the deal!... NOT ON MY WATCH! i agree, this case has now gone into the MULTI million dollar range. because now the EEOC has shown they are biased against Kyle and FOR the company. if we do not get the deal we deserve...... we will NOT accept anything less and go to the media."
so cherry....... we just keep finding more and more stuff out thats not right and what they are trying to do against me... its a bad situation when the person whom suffered and continues to suffer, they still trying to shaft out of what he deserves
and at this point we are demanding to know WHO the top dog is down there and let them know what their "chief mediator" is doing. this is not right
