That's great Educ8r.
Gas mileage is always least of my worries but it's good to know you can get 300 miles out of a tank. I always think gas mileage debates are completely worthless. If you can afford a $35,000 vehicle, you can afford the gas. The difference (getting 18 MPG as oppose to 25 MPG) is such a small fraction of money, it's not even worth working up brain cells.
Here's a simple comparison how small MPG debates are worth (IMO)
12000 miles/year 18 MPG = 666 gallons of fuel used
12000 miles/year 25 MPG = 480 Gallons of fuel used
Difference = 180 gallons X $1.80 (gallon price) = $320?
That's how much I probably spent in 2 weeks in junk food
. I know I have to start eating healthy. But you get the picture.
