The guy was a total @$$ and said "well we have a disclaimer that states we are not responsible for rim damage" or something like that. he was rude up front when I hadn't even said anything. I had just asked what could have done this. He told me it's a plastic scraper and because of the finish of the rims and the coating it's easily scratched. I just wish someone would have given me a heads up before they went chuck norris on the rims. A few scratches sucks but maybe acceptable but this many it looks like a total prison style gouging.
