Besides, it's not the size that counts, it's how fast is the refresh rate.

When you upload them to Facebook, you're probably uploading the full res photo. The thing I do is when you edit it in whatever program you choose, I resize a copy of it to 800x600 or smaller for web posting and save it as "xxxx Sm.jpg" and put those in a sub folder, so when I pull pics to upload, I'm only pulling from that folder.



The other option is lowering the resolution on your camera...
