trying to bring tq up to match power is better done with gearing, rather than swapping out your kit.
All you are doing to bring them closer is moving the powerband down, based on the definition of HP/TQ. You can do (effectively) the same thing by shortening the rear gear.
If you shorten the rear gear to 4.64 (really short), you'd get effectively the same feel as if you'd kept the stock rear gear, and had 508tq. Of course, you wouldn't want to go
that short, but you get the point. You've got enough in the way of CR gears that you should be able to get away with something pretty short for track use.
Trying to fix your problem with a turbo kit means you are trying to improve the piping issues, and having to run a more expensive turbo with a broader efficiency curve. While it would be nice to have those things, I can't imagine going from one single to another, especially before you identify your real issues on track.
