Brisket Bar BQ at the intersection of Bellaire and Bissonnet. Address is 5200 Bissonnet center.
Nice parking lot to stack 8 or 10 Z's in.
Also:
Next Door is The Roadster Grill. Lots of parking in back.
Either place would work.
I vote for sticking with Tuesday. For me Thursday would be out. I race RC that night.
