Second, I was in the market for a 100% carbon fiber body kit. Unfortunately POWERHOUSE does not make a carbon fiber kit so I came across this one.

FINALLY.... I doubt this kit has any sort of trademark/copyright justification on it BUT FOR ARGUMENT SAKE lets say it did... THEN considering the "Carbon Fiber Amuse" kit consist of 10% or more design change, it wouldnt matter . This kit comes CLEAR coated unlike Powerhouse, COMES in FULL carbon fiber unlike Powerhouse and Is not offered in GEL COAT because its CF

The term "Carbon Fiber Amuse" when used, is used for descriptive purposes only and are not meant to imply any affiliation with their mark holders. Unless otherwise protected by POWERHOUSE, that term is free use

I dont even sell this kit, I simply purchased it for myself. Our business model doesnt revolve in the "body kit" market. I find it interesting that you selected my thread amongst the SEVERAL other threads on the370z.com that almost every replica kit has been displayed, wasnt replied too.

AND FINALLY.... Here's the retail price of POWERHOUSE AMUSE VESTITO KIT

3P Kit - Front Bumper, Side Steps, Rear Bumper
US $ 3,415.51

Front Bumper
US $ 1,267.82

Full Kit - Front Bumper, Side Steps, Rear Bumper, Rear Wing
US $ 4,567.39

IF you want to discuss ethical standards then explain why I purchased an ALL CARBON FIBER AMUSE KIT which was also CLEAR COATED and wetsanded, buffed and waxed, 3-piece comparison, for a LOT CHEAPER than the 3 pc Fiberglass NON PAINTED, NO CLEAR COAT, CHEAPER MATERIAL THAN WHATS OFFERED ON THE KIT I HAVE "carbon fiber is more expensive" but yea POWERHOUSE AMUSE feels its ethically/morally okay to charge customers $3,500-$4,500 PLUS shipping for something that isnt worth it?

This looks better, made better, better quality material, comes finished but YET way cheaper???? doesnt make sense does it
What a load of ******** lol.

You argue in circles and concluded that the genuine manufacturer is unethical?

I will say I have never seen so many replicas sold by vendors on a forum before. This forum is unique in many ways.
