Actually, I think I can answer my own question. It would be a pita to run the wire all the way back and your front speakers will probably be amped anyway, in which case you would blow the back ones. So just install the bass blockers right?

You do not want to run another set of speakers of your front crossovers you can cause damage. It is best to just run new speaker wires directly to the rear outputs. If you have a stock head unit you have to add the pins to the stock harness as well.
