Ah yeah, that sucks.
They've been working on sections of the road I have to take to get to school and when they chew up the road, it's gravel/rocks everywhere.
But they finished paving it a few weeks ago, so now I get tar globs all over the wheels.
Un/Re-Installing them? Unbolt/bolt on... 15 minutes... Shipping yeah, would be a piece...
