I was a FIOS subscriber for over two years. I've had just as many outages as I had with Comcast originally. I didn't have issues with FIOS customer service for the first two years, but then one day they flipped the switch and told me lies that cost me a few hundred dollars over the course of six months. Comcast never treated me that poorly.
