He has a point. They are rough to install yourself. Took us 7 hours. Not bad for never doing it before though. If you have a newer Z demon bolts aren't too bad. I had 6k miles on mine and they came right off. Maybe I had a lucky egg though. The FI on decel sounds great as long as driven correctly. There is only a brief 1 second hiss on decel below 3000 rpms. Sounds like a turbo though. Mine doesn't drone either except between 2700-3000rpms but if you leave your foot on the peddle lightly just so there is some airflow the drone and hiss go away. Drone and hiss are subjective to driving style.
