If that includes a cabin air filter, that's not a bad deal. Engine air filters are $60 for the pair, then you're talking only $130 for the rest of the parts and installation. If that includes an oil change with ester oil, you're only paying about $40 for other parts and installation. The coolant conditioner sounds fishy to me, personally I would skip that, but everything else sounds good. That's not a bad deal at all. I work at a dealership and wouldn't be surprised to see one of our guys sell a similar service for $299.

If you're not concerned about their 'lifetime engine warranty' then I would suggest picking up two air filters from one of the vendors on here(part number 16546-JK20A) and maybe a cabin filter(part number B7277-1EA0A) and installing them yourself. Jomer at Fred Beans Nissan, one of the site sponsors, is a great guy to deal with. I sell parts at a Nissan dealer and still buy parts from him. Doing this stuff yourself would save you a few bucks and would be a nice little project.
