Sounds like you're dealing with the "demon bolt" Is this the first time your exhaust system has been attempted to be removed? I know my cousin TJLAZER had to actually cut the flange on one of his stock cats to remove it. best bet is to cut the bolts.. Or try adding heat.. If you've already rounded them, then more than likely you will have to cut it. Unless you can get a 12 point socket on there or something. It's a pain in the ***.. I had a shop do mine and they busted a bunch of sockets and such trying to break things free. They eventually got it but it took forever. It takes some work but it can be overcome. Search on the forum you'll see plenty of threads for cat removal and the demon bolt
