Please yell at her next time and do it in right in front of her kid. It's a perfect opportunity to teach her, her kid, your kid right from wrong. If you lack the spine, then at least have your kid relay the message to her kid. "Your mom is a crappy parker".

Trust me it drives me nuts. I have a friend who is in a wheel chair that I drive around so seeing this really pisses me off. My little guy is two and a half and I tell him it's bad to park there. He doesn't really get it yet but he will. As far as ripping her a new one, well... I've learned to pick my battles. This lady really shouldn't be driving, I figured that at least she was able to park her car without endangering another parent or worse, another child. I have spoken up to other parents. It's mostly the mothers, don't ask me why they think they are above the law. They just give me a dirty look and go on... Brutal!
