I don't know if I'd agree with that, unless your going to start changing the internals 350-400ish whp is the best your get safely. They have a static compression of 8:1 (low) but they are stock at what 13-14psi? To get to 400whp your going to running in the high 20psi. Which I think is pretty crazy.
I think we are in the 450-500whp ish range safely.
