That is up to what you think is a good deal. Simply put dealers are going to turn around and sell it for around 26-27k. They make their money on the fees and such that they can stick to the consumer. So it comes down to what you think your time is worth in terms of advertising your car and then how long it will take to sell it. For some it does not make sense to hold out for a higher price since you will loose money making payments until it sells for what you want for it. The only time this does not apply is when the car is paid off. So for me I would say to sell it outright and pocket the money the other upside is you can still continue to enjoy it until that day comes.
