Pros of the car in my opinion (subjective) and some fact:
-Style
-Handling
-Out of the box relatively quick
-Rare (not many on the road so you will be joining a special group)
-Probably the best bang for the buck you can get in terms of performance/looks/handling and the above for around 35K.
Cons-
-Sometimes having only two seats can be an issue
-If you daily drive than winter driving is a no no (unless you slap on some winter tires) even then I would recommend a beater.
-Oil temps, some get hot if you are planning to track oil cooler is a must.
That is mostly it, however, I have decided that the cons are not really cons because I have found solutions to most of them. Except for the extra seat part (but sometimes that helps more than it hurts, giving people rides you dont want to )
So even after 1 + year of ownership I have to say I have no regrets, I love the car like the first day I laid eyes on it on the dealership floor and would not have picked anything else if I had to do it all over again!
PS: I probably forget other things but that's what stood out to me right now.

Thankfully Winter in Phoenix is prime for driving, but it is going to be my daily driver. And for the two seats, that's one of the main reasons I want it - I can't be the chauffeur for everyone now!
How are the blind spots? Are they really that much of a factor? A lot of videos point this out as a huge flaw, but I'm not sure how bad it really is.

Basically, the 370z is a car you want to drive till the wheels fall off, most people that sell it can't afford to have it just for fun and need a more spacious car.
Finding a new 2012 by end of year is going to be tough since most of them will have gone by then.

I hope they're not, as I want to try to get the best deal on one (if they even budge) due to it being the end of the year and an outdated model.
We'll see. I can't actually get one until my probationary period of my new job is up at the end of October, so maybe I'll start scoping out the dealerships then.
