I've had this happen before on a different car and the wiper went on a splined shaft and had a bolt that tightened it. The bolt had simply come loose, allowing the shaft to turn but it didn't have enough "grip" to move the wiper arm.

So I placed the arm in the correct position and tightened it down. I can't look at my Z right now to see if it has a similar mount but it may have just come loose similarly, and it is extremely easy to fix, just make sure you get it on there at the right angle relative to the other wiper.
