Were you really putting down only 275whp prior to mods? Is that normal for Nismo? Ouch, that's 21% drivetrain loss.
Can you tell me more about the Uprev tune? I looked at their site but it wasn't entirely clear to me what the process is. Do you actually need to take your car to somewhere that has a dyno and have them tinker with things between multiple runs or what? The search tool on the site also didn't find anything at all close to me (Seattle area).

It's also notable that the FI exhaust with carbon mufflers is 41 lbs versus the stock Nismo exhaust which is 66 lbs.
