There was a lot of vibration added through the cabin, and that's of course the goal of something like this: more feeling for the drivetrain, and to clean up the drivetrain "slop". Supposedly this vibration decreases after a few hundred miles. The noise was only that of the drivetrain, in my G37 it was very low-frequency, like a "growl".
It made my car seem like a BEAST! Part of me liked it, but the larger part of me thought it would be too much for me on a daily basis (I got the G37 because it was a bit more isolated and more luxury / GT than a Z, so this was going the wrong direction for me).
