Mine is the same way, the Z has it's own folder in the cabinet.
On losing track, I like that one. I also like the one where you make it look like you had it on the shelf for a while and just haven't gotten around to doing it/using it

I am pretty sure I have 95-99% of my gas receipts even
I have every thing. I still have the window sticker.
SIDENOTE: I still need to get the window sticker laminated
can't believe I haven't done that yet!
