Yes they are. Buying better rotors will be in my future, but trying to figure out price vs effectiveness is confusing. Stock are cheap and will not kill me.
Remember rotor is virtually a heat sink, it doesn't really increase braking performance (unless you are overheating the crap out of your brakes). Cryo treat will make the bonds stronger and make it stronger and possibly last longer. Save your money on better pads and tires, much better bang for the buck!
