Default Low Tire Pressure and Steering Wheel Shake?

Hey guys!!

Quick background...I'm lowered on Swift springs and have hubcentric wheel spacers installed. I've noticed the last few days that around 65mph...my steering wheel starts to vibrate a little. It's never done this (I've had these spacers installed for about 6 months now) until just now after I've installed my springs.

I checked tire pressure just now and they are all around 31 (which I know is low). I'm going to fill them tonight...but do you think that lower tire pressure could be the cause?

I'm also going to get an alignment done this Saturday as it's been a few hundred miles since I've installed the springs so they should be settled by now.

Thanks guys!
