You've probably got some build-up on the rotors. Look on line for a "bed-in" process and get some brake cleaner. Those two together should get rid of any build-up. The "warpage" thing is way overblown IMO. Most of the time, it's just glazing on the rotors. I'll probably be castigated for this, but that's my opinion.
