HOWEVER! I learned from my mistakes and have not even been pulled over in 7 years!

That's awesome man! In my first 5 yrs of driving I only got pulled over and ticketed once. It was for cutting one car length through the shoulder in rush hour traffic to take my exit. Cop pulled over the guy in front of me and then came back after me and told me I was getting pulled over too. Had to reverse back like 1/8 mile in the shoulder to get back to where the other guy was. He made me late to class that day
I've been pulled over like 4-5 times in the past year for no front plate. Not a single issue in the first 8 months I ran without it, but the last 4 weren't so much. All were warnings except the last one and I finally put it back on after the ticket. He only gave me a ticket because I already had a warning. He had initially pulled me over for "driving with intent to make excessive noise", probably because he couldn't get me for speeding. Also gave me a warning for my tail lights. He definitely walked around my car to see what else he could get me with.
