i suppose worth a try to ask if another customer made special arrangements to the dealer to do take-off at delivery.
i doubt it though.
not sure of the 13's, but for reference the 09-12 sport wheels go about 780 a pop where as nismo's go 950+ a pop and different tires brands and rear size.
and for sure dealers will not let the nismo wheels go for cheap. you're talking over $5k for the set a MSRP.
