Exactly.

Ford:
V6 Mustang 300HP
V8 Mustang 415HP
Mustang GT500 660HP

Chevy
V6 Camaro 300HP
V8 Camaro 420HP
Corvette 438HP
Corvette Z06 505HP
Crovette ZR1 638HP

Nissan
370Z 332HP
GTR 545HP

...do you guys NOT see the difference here?!?!

If the Z was bumped up for 400-420HP it wouldn't take away from the GTR at all. Each year the GTR gets a spec bump and price increase. It costs MORE than twice our cars, with good reason, but if the Z can close the gap it would make it much more competitive and fun, all without taking away from a GTR. A GTR is considered by many as a "super car", hence the price tag and its capability to kick *** around any track. The Z couldn't touch the GTR even with 400HP, so it would only help sell the Z because many people expecting more start to turn to the V8 domestics and Nissan loses out on those sales to Ford and Chevy.

I for instance have been heavily considering a Corvette, but due to each and every old fart owning one I have held off.
