OWNER NOTIFICATION
Dear 370Z NISMO Owner:
Nissan is committed to providing the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction. We believe that our current and future success depends on your continued satisfaction with Nissan. With that in mind, we want to bring to your attention important information regarding your 2012 370Z NISMO.

REASON FOR SERVICE CAMPAIGN
Your 2012 370Z NISMO is equipped with a NISMO Serial Plate attached to the rear trim that is unique to your specific vehicle. On some 2012 370Z NISMO vehicles, due to a temporary manufacturing irregularity, an incorrect serial plate was attached to the rear trim. To correct this error, Nissan will replace the serial plate in your vehicle with the correct Serial Plate.

WHAT NISSAN WILL DO
Your Nissan dealer will coordinate obtaining the correct unique replacement NISMO Serial Plate for your vehicle and perform the replacement free of charge for parts and labor.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
Contact your Nissan dealer at your earliest convenience in order to arrange an appointment and to verify the serial number currently assigned to your vehicle. To ensure the least inconvenience for you, it is important that you both have an appointment and verify your serial number before bringing your vehicle to the Nissan dealer for service. After verifying your serial number, your Nissan dealer will arrange for the correct unique plate to be shipped by Nissan to the dealer in advance of your appointment. This process should only require about one to two business days. On the day of your service appointment, please bring this notice with you to the dealer. Installation instructions have already been sent to your Nissan dealer.

If the dealer fails, or is unable to complete the service free of charge, you may contact the National Consumer Affairs Department, Nissan North America, Inc., P.O. Box 685003, Franklin, TN 37068-5003. The toll free number is 1-800-NISSAN1 (1-800-647-7261).

Thank you for providing us an opportunity to ensure on-going satisfaction with your Nissan vehicle.
