I'm not sure what Nismo370 or Brazilbro did on their runs but I know for a fact that jnaut had some issues with Billy's Z.
First problem was traction off the line and shifting into 2nd gear. We all know how critical those first few seconds are when making a pass.
Second issue was at the end of the 1/4 mile. With the stock 6MT 370Z gearing, 4th gear reaches redline around 126 mph or so. If that's wrong, someone please correct me. IIRC, jnaut tried a few runs holding 4th gear and one or two runs shifting into 5th. But I have destroyed too many brain cells since then remember which produced a better ET/MPH.
Hopefully this sheds some light on the discussion.
