Just throwing this out there.....
Spend your money on tires for the track.
Invest in a decent set of wheels that will best suite the tire sizes ...that are readily available and in your budget.
1lbs per wheel isnt going to be noticeable.
Really look at what tire you want to run.... Then size...then wheel size.
We are 245 front and 275 rear and have a pretty well balanced machine.
You can never go wrong with good tires being a priority..... The only 4 things that touché ground.
