Why? Because so far the Single turbo HR we did in Dec 2011 is still making 500 to the wheels and the G37 & the 2 370s are running amazing and they are DD. This year alone we did 13 Single turbo cars and have no issue. In high 1000's of DE's that run there piping the same but on the other side of the car are fine.
Here are some things to think about
Turbo is up high so no need for a pump to return the oil
Turbo runs a true V-band with equal lengh runners so no need to run two wastegates
Turbo is easy to install with out pulling the engine
Starts making boost almost instant
Turbo is serviceable with only two clamps holding it place so removal of turbo is about 30 mins
Both maf meters read the same IAT’s when in boost and when not in boost.
Bottom line is our kits have proven themselves across this country in the middle of summer. Made great power across the dyno graph.
The more stuff you add to a kit increases the chance of component failure
