I searched and can't find if we can use Purolator L14610 in our Zs?

It is a bit longer then the regular filter for our Zs? Has anyone put a bigger oil filter in their car?

Reason i ask is because my Honda Pilot uses the same filter and it would be a lot easier if i can use the same filter for both.
