I keep it for a little over a year after that and ultimately traded it in on the 370. To my surprise, it never came up at the dealer when I traded it in. I ended up getting $500 over top KBB trade value for it and $300 over invoice on the 370 (most of that to cover shipping from another dealer).
Fix it, sell it (or trade it) and get a new one. You'll be glad you did.

I hear what you are saying. My mother went through this when one of her cars was stolen but recovered a couple of days later undamaged. She just couldnt get over the fact that some strangers were doing God knows what in her car. She traded days later.
