yah, the issue is this candan company (june was a bad month for me with canada ) sent us the wrong part number...and not only that, it was defective. doesn't even turn on.

anyway... it took 4wks (emails and 10-12 calls) to get a return call-tag, RMA, and acceptance for full refund. finally shipped it back earlier in the week, tracked and it arrived their facility. no refund. then yesterday an unauthorized replacement arrived at my house..and it's still the wrong part number. wtf are you doing??!! so i decided ive had enough bacon and disputed to my credit card company.

yah, hope you find the problem, alchemy!

last night i was working on the new olympus mic placement inside the Z. im using the sony clip and modified windcutter on the olympus to mount onto the passenger seat belt buckle. not too bad. controlled audio test so far has given me decent results. will need to see how it records this weekend while motoring.
