People with slow reaction times when the light turns green. It's especially bad in my area. The light will turn green and people will sit there for a good 4-5 seconds before moving. I understand hesitating for a second or two just to make sure nobody's running the light from the other direction, but that's not what people here are doing. They're just plain absent minded and slow in the head. Like they're not even watching the light. I have a sneaking suspicion that rather than watch the light, drivers here like to rely on seeing the car next to them move forward to start moving themselves. But all too frequently, people with this mindset line up next to each other, so neither one moves. Until I lay on my horn.
