Hello dmhenderson,

I wasn't the one who gave you this quote but I can say that is completely accurate. Out of all the G37 and 370z's we have replaced the headers on we do have a 50/50 chance of saving the o2 sensor. The threads on the o2 sensors tend to destroy themselves while we are removing them, we try to be very careful while removing them and for the most part we can save at least one of them from failing. But in the case that they do fail, this is on the customer to replace.
