Default Need help on bumper gouges

To make a long story short... I get home last night and the kids are playing in the driveway. One left his scooter on the driveway where I didn't see it. Guess I was more focused on not running the kids over. Ran into it and put a couple of nice gouges into the front bumper. About 3mm wide and 1mm deep.

Debating if I should just use touchup paint and cover the exposed black plastic or try to fill the gouges first. Please help recommend some products. Something better than bondo or glazing putty please.

Thanks
