Obviously it's not going to be the same exact conditions for every test.
Every circuit is tire dependent. Its my understanding that they use whatever tire they come with from the factory and must be street legal, hence why cars like the FXX isn't on the board. I don't think anyone is taking these results too seriously since there are so many variables with track conditions. They do give you a general idea of how good a car is though and it's generally good enough to guage overall performance. You could make the same comment about the track times on the Nurburgring or any track for that matter.
