It is in no way going to be that easy. Like in order to get that you have to get the bose as well you have to have the antenna installed which is normally built into the car. It is not even worth it by the time you are done with the wiring, the added and new speakers and all because you have to get them with the bose system, it would cost way over what a kenwood 6140 and a nice set of speakers would cost. And after playing with the stock nav today it is not even that easy to use. So you would have to get.

Nav
Bose head unit
Bose amp
Bose speakers
Antenna
New wiring ran
and a ton of other stuff

Please take my word for it, it's not worth it.
