2012 Z Nationals Update
Hey guys just wanted to give everyone an update the track registration is about half filled.
So if you plan on participating in the track day I would recommend getting your registration in early.
Here are some track shots to take you around... just know that these don't do the elevation changes justice!
Tear down the front straight
Dive into turn 1
climb the hill up toward the huge carousel turn 2 that dives down through 3 before hitting turn 4 over the blind ridge before you head down to Charlotte's web (the hair pin), a lot of people get caught up here.
Get around the #6 kink right out of the hair pin and tear down to the museum. Hit your marks through the dropping 7a/b and 8a/b complexes , then blast down the back straight and make it safely through the chicane.
Dive down left through turn 11 and back right through 12 before you climb over the hill by 13 (stay on track here) and get your line right for the 13/14 complex so you can come into turn 15 right and get a good run down the front straight past start finish.
Don't miss this opportunity guys, we really want this to fill up Nissan only as much as we can. Don't let it pass you by!
Oh and just for reference on the elevation here are a couple of pics looking down on the 1-2 turn complex and looking from the side past turn 3 into 4.
This is going to be amazing!
Make sure to visit the
Z Nationals Home Page
to stay up to date or to register; with a large % of attendees electing to participate in the track day I am sure it will fill up!
Don't be left on the side line get out there and really see what your Z is made for!
