Default exhaust rattle on cross member and rear sway

I have Megan Test Pipes connected to CNT CBE. I think/heard that the test pipes might be a bit longer than stock pushed the cbe exhaust back and down a bit and now the H-pipe is sitting on the crossmember. Also as the stock cats had the support brace which the megan tp's lack they probably held up the h-pipe. So far I've been able to prevent the rear sway exhaust rattle by using high temp tape and transmission line. I'm currently using transmission line to isolate the h-pipe rattle but it melts and loses resiliency after a while even when wrapped in exhaust wrap.

If I have flat washers that I could use to space the cross member lower but will this adversely affect anything? I'm not lowered and don't have to worry about scraping. I have jacked up the exhaust and layed exhaust header wrap between the cross-member and h-pipe and still got a rattle and vibration. I'm hoping there is some sort of thermal cushioning or rubber I can squish in there and will be able to hold upto the heat. I can't find anything. I'm open to any ideas and suggestions. Thanks!
