Thanks. Yeah, it's hard. However, having gone through it with his brother, Bear, we were more prepared and made peace with Prince inevitable passing long before he reached his end. With Bear, it caught us by surprise. We thought that he looked better losing some wait; he was too fat anyway. However, when the weight kept coming off, and he started to look skinny, we knew that something was up. We took him to the vet, and she said that he's diabetic. My wife and I were like
Diabetic?? We administered insulin to him but it didn't appear to work. We had to put him to sleep 2 weeks later. He was just ailing too much. That was hard.
