When you get a new set of wheels you can look for a set of locks from this company:
Gorilla Automotive Products - Lug Nuts, Wheel Locks, Auto Security, Wheel Accessories they seem to have a very wide variety of outset keyed configurations. The Nissan and Toyota style of locks (the inset key) are supposedly easily pulled off by hammering a slightly small socket into the inset groove and then backing out like normal.
For lifting the car I suggest using ft long segments of 2x6 wood that are stacked up higher. Lift the car slowly and slide the wood in place of the bricks on one side to the desired height then move to the other side. This allows you to incrementally lift the car until it's safely centered on all segments of wood and to the right height.
GL on replacements and I hope the thieves get caught!
