It is a holiday today in Canada, but since I already gave myself a day off yesterday, so I am at work today

Now she has these two pots with beautiful flowers that she loves. They hang under a portion of the house where they dont get any rain..so we have to water them each day ourselves. Yesterday it started to rain so I put the pots just in front of the garage door to get some rainwater.
Today i opened the door and started to back out to go to work...i heard this strange crunching sound and got out to find I had run over both pots destroying both pot and flowers!
I am writing this as she is in the other room. I will be leaving soon. I am thinking of throwing the flowers in the back yard and blaming vandals.. Any suggestions?

1) Go buy a replacement, not to trick her but just show her the sympathy of the destroyed one.
2) Make the old one disappear completely, and say.. "Flowers..? What flowers..?? Someone stole them...?? WTF...!!" and cry with her...

Wife started her new job this morning. 4th of July is Wednesday. Sister is getting married next Saturday. Then the annual family beach trip to Port Aransas is next Sunday through Thursday (minus my sister who will be on her honeymoon and my parents who will be recovering from all the wedding stuff).
