You have to be careful in Texas. They are very restrictive in their handgun laws.
-printing not allowed -""
Concealed" means that the weapon cannot be visible, and that its presence cannot be discernible through ordinary observation. It is a criminal offense for a license holder to carry a handgun in plain view, or to intentionally fail to conceal the weapon."
-can't carry in a bar
-can't carry in a hospital or nursing home
-can't carry in a church
-"No Gun" signs have the force of law
An interesting set of laws in a generally conservative state like Texas. I contrast that with generally liberal Minnesota where I live where there's no distinction between open and concealed carry, the only restriction on carry is k-12 schools, and "No Gun" signs are meaningless.
