I can understand not wanting to adjust the seat after someone else moves it. It is your car... I think the dealer could have easily gotten a smaller person to drive it instead. I would have held my ground with the bigger smartass guy.
I wouldn't have complained unless the guy wanted to make an issue out of it also. Plus you could have used the smoking thing, he was just smoking, you don't want him in your car period.
After I have had someone drive my car, I adjust it..... then after driving around a bit, adjust it a little more, I find myself doing this a few times to find that right spot. So yeah, I understand not wanting to do this.
