Replace all of them. The fronts are pretty much toast anyway. I'm driving on practically bald rears and 3/32s fronts. If I were to replace the rears now and wait on the fronts, I'd end up replacing them in 1000 miles. You might be able to get a small discount with doing all four.
Oh, and any professional patch job is pretty much new tire being added onto the existing tire. 4000 miles in, found two long roofing nails in the passenger side rear. Very close to damaging the actual wheel. Both were patched and I've never known any different.
