I would remove the battery myself, very easy to do, and take it to Checkers or Cragen or Pep Boys and have them check the battery. If it's dead at least you know what the issue is and you can just walk the battery in for a new one. Install yourself at home. Then again, thats just me.

Very true am the same way. I won't let nobody touch or drive my car, unless I know what there doing. Am going to check my bettery my self, I have a battery tester and see if it's the battery, if not I guess its back to the dealer.
