If I could afford a GTR, then a 370Z would never cross my mind to be quite honest (MAYBE get as a DD). I would be sticking with cars near or in the GTR price range (911 Carrera S, Carrera 4S, M3……), but near downgrade.

IMHO I think anybody can lease a GTR, but far from few can actually afford to buy the GTR. When you are leasing a car you are going to pay a couple to several hundred less each month on your monthly car payment & in the end you will never actually pay the full price of the car. So at the end of the day it is always about money. A lot of people are just trying to impress others & trying to keep up with the Jone’s IMHO.
